· General
· This General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts, quotations, orders, deliveries and supplies in relation to the our products between customers(Buyer) and us(HYDMAN).
· Seller may issue a PI from time to time by fax or Email and the buyer shall fax or email back a conformation. Or the buyer may issue purchase order to seller by fax or email and seller will fax or email back a conformation after the purchase order has been confirmed.
· The confirmed purchase order or pro forma invoice shall have full legal effect and bind upon the parties. Every purchase order or pro forma invoice issued and confirmed shall be governed by and be deemed to include the provisions of this General Terms and Conditions unless otherwise provided in the purchase order or pro forma invoice.

· Price and payment terms
· Prices for the products shall be designated in the purchase order or pro forma invoice by the parties or, in the absence of such a designation, in accordance with our price standard. We usually accept currency are RMB; USD & EURO.
General payment terms: 30%TT, 70% TT fax on BL. Special case special treatment.

· Warranty
· All delivered products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship within the warranty period. The products shall conform to our Warranty Declaration. It is understood that seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the products shipped due to cause for which the insurance company, carrier, shipping company, other transportation organization and /or post office are liable.
For our forklift, the warranty is one year or 2000 hours since the date of BL. For other warehouse products, our warranty is usually one year commenced from arrival of destination port. As for the exact guarantee period for components which are not easy-worn-out, please refer to our Warranty Declaration. It is understood that seller shall not be liable for any products which have been subjected to improper use, installation or repair.
· In the event of any quality defect in the products, the buyer shall present evidence (such as pictures) to us. If confirmed by us, will delivery you the parts free of charge, if the parts weight more than 2KG, then we will delivery them by sea or your next delivery.

· Delivery
· The shipment date and destination port shall be specified in the purchase order or pro forma invoice. The parties shall designate a reasonable time to allow seller to have sufficient time to manufacture and ship products.
· Freight charges shall be specified in the purchase order or pro forma invoice.
· Seller shall, upon completion of loading, give the advice of shipment to the buyer within reasonable time by fax or Email.

· Inspection
100% inspection of all export products is guaranteed in our side. When you received our products, please made an inspection by yourself. If with any problems, just inform us with documents which show clearly the problems.

· Note
Any products from us will subject to change without any information, the purpose is to present our customers with better products. HYDMAN keep the right for explaination.
